รับประกันสินค้าหากตรวจพบว่าความเสียหายของสินค้านั้น เกิดจากปัจจัยที่นอกเหนือจาก
การรับประกันอันไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ขั้นตอนของการผลิตและความบกพร่องของชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ ได้แก่ ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานที่ไม่ระมัดระวังหรือการใช้งานแบบผิดวิธี - รอยขีดข่วน-ขาด-คราบสกปรก-รอยเปื้อน , สินค้าที่มีการดัดแปลงเอง , สินค้าที่เสียหายจากการทำ
ความสะอาดผิดวิธี , จากภัยธรรมชาติ , สินค้าขายตามสภาพ/clearance sales และ สินค้า

กรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายขึ้นแต่ทางบริษัทไม่สามารถจัดหาวัสดุหรือชิ้นส่วนในรายการเดียวกันเพื่อใช้ในการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนให้ได้ในระยะเวลาการซ่อมแซม บริษัทฯ ขอ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดหาวัสดุ ที่มีคุณสมบัติ และมาตรฐานเท่าเทียมกันมาทดแทน

หากบริษัทฯ พิจารณาแล้วว่าสินค้าของท่านอยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจดำเนินการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนทดแทน หรือทำการซ่อมแซมสินค้า หรือดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะไม่มีการคืนเงินไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

ในกรณีที่สินค้าของท่านได้รับการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วน หรือได้รับการซ่อมแซมแล้ว ระยะเวลาการรับประกันสินค้า จะยังคงมีผลนับจากวันที่ท่านได้รับสินค้า โดยไม่ได้ขยายเวลานับจากวันที่มีการซ่อมแซมสินค้า

บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเป็นผู้วินิจฉัย และตัดสินใจว่าสินค้านั้น ๆ อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกันหรือไม่ โดยคำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

The manufacturer (YOTHAKA) guarantees the product for 1 full year from the date of delivery. It will guarantee products that are damaged from normal use. No modifications are made and any defects caused by fault , production error or assembling products from the manufacturer are guaranteed.

The manufacturer guarantees the Product structure, weave material, upholstery work from the date of delivery which if the product is damaged from delivery.
The manufacturer is willing to change the product to a new one without charges. -
The manufacturer is not responsible for using the product that is different from the intended purpose.

Product warranty is voided immediately if the product is modified or modified by
the buyer/user.
Maintaining functional and home furnishings

Furniture should only be cleaned with a damp cloth or dry cloth.

Upholstery should be dry cleaned only.
